A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST
1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).
My day job is making art. I also like to read, bike and kayak.
2. Why do you make art?
I love to draw and paint. When things are going well there is a sense of wholeness that is wonderful.
3. What inspires you?
Swiss artist Paul Klee's statement, “Make the invisible visible.”
4. What/who are your influences?
Vermeer, Chuck Close and Van Gogh.
5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?
Steve McQueen.
